Hola a todas mis alquimista saben que últimamente he estado obsesionada con este smoothie, es uno de mis favoritos por que contiene mucha proteína y un buen de nutrientes buenos para nuestro cuerpo y por supuesto sabe delicioso.


Hi Friends so lately I have been obsess with Dragon Fruit and I mean obsess I will literally add it to everything including my smoothie which is what this blog post is all about! Recipe bellow lets go bananas jaja I mean Pitaya Smoothie,


MACROS

Carbs: 58.9 g

Protein:46.1 g

Fat: 26.3 g



A smoothie is so much more than blended fruit. It's an art with different elements blending perfectly together. And this smoothie blaster will not only give you a big protein intake but also will give you all the nutrients and cultures that your body needs to kick start your day.


Ingredients:

1 cup of kefir milk

1 cup of yogurt (make sure your yogurt is plain and over 20g of protein)

3 spoons of hemp seeds

1/2 a banana (for more sweetness add the other half of the banana)

1/4 cup of Pitaya (also known as dragon fruit)

Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
